We are located In the Loch Lomond and the Trossachs National Park on the John Muir Way and National Cycle Route 7

Ideal for cyclists (secure lock up available), hikers & motorbike tours (covered car port available)  

Just off the A82, immediately at Balloch train station and 5mins walk to Balloch bus terminus

Add on's available upon request such as late check out, early check in and overnight EV charging

Free parking available for all guests

Who we are not for... sorry but we do not accept parties out with our activity retreats (coming 2025), such as stag and hen do's, due to the nature of our business being family based. Happy to help with recommendations locally though!
