Do you accept pets?
Unfortunately no, we do not accept pet with the exception of service dogs upon agreement.
Please not there will be an extra £25 cleaning charge and service dogs are strictly not allowed on the beds and furniture. A security deposit will need to be agreed in the case of this not being adhered to.
Please try 'Auchendennan luxury self catering cottages' and 'Lennox of Lomond' who both accept pets.
Do you offer group bookings?
We cater ideally for families and groups travelling together as all of our rooms sleep from 3-7 people respectively. We welcome larger bookings and are happy to do special rates when booking in advance.

Can I request an early check-in or late check-out?
You are more than welcome to request an early check in from 2pm or late check out until 12p noon, subject to availability. (other times will be considered on a case by case basis) This can be arranged directly with ourselves on 07789961319 or by emailing rhonda@lochlomond.info or as an add-on if booking through our website.
There is a £25 extra charge for this.
Are all rooms accessible to people with disabilities?
Unfortunately all of our accommodation is upstairs requiring access using a spiral staircase. We are however hoping to have some garden room available for summer 2025 which should be more user friendly for people requiring easier accessibility.
